This role is responsible for owning and scaling the entire customer messaging ecosystem across email and SMS, ensuring every touchpoint across the lifecycle is timely, personalized, and performance-driven. You will take full ownership of a mature Braze environment and elevate it into a best-in-class lifecycle marketing engine spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back. The position combines deep technical platform ownership with strategic marketing execution, requiring both systems thinking and hands-on campaign management. You will architect segmentation, automation flows, and data-driven personalization strategies that directly influence customer experience and revenue outcomes. Working closely with Product, Data, Growth, and Customer Success teams, you will shape how customers experience the brand from first interaction through long-term retention.
