SUMMARY
Skywise is currently seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist focused on Skywise’s digital tech ops solutions, based in APAC, to drive the Marketing activities for the Region by providing market and competitor intelligence, and developing analyses to successfully support Skywise’s business targets.
Accountabilities:
Provides technical pre-sales support and training for assigned product and services to assist the Commercial team in aggressively growing the business
Execute the regional Marketing plan, market research, conduct analyses, customer presentations and / or demonstrations and support other Skywise business lines activities including but not limited to bid management and RFP activities with Marketing inputs.
Provides expert advice from Marketing perspectives and relevant airline-know-how insights to Skywise’s products and services in the region by staying apprised of current technology and airline business processes and practices in the market.
Responsibilities
Supports the marketing activities for the assigned products and services for the APAC region.
Develop and complete regional market analyses (competition, current and forecast markets), and synthesize the outcomes to support the respective Skywise business lines.
Support the go-to-market strategies including sales tool-kit, sales force training
Collate regional market information in order to support Pricing strategy for assigned products and services.
Be a touch point for facilitating Skywise Customer Feedback Loop (market research, customer focus groups, controlled entry into service and trial programs, and user forums).
Support all stages of the sales cycle in APAC by, but not limited to, managing the leads qualification, supporting the opportunity pursuit planning and follow-up, preparation and delivery of presentations and demonstrations to customers, supporting customer meetings, and supporting the development of proposals and RFP (RFx) responses with marketing recommendations and feedback.
Provide Marketing content and support for press releases, internal/external websites, blogs, social media, trade shows, and events and conferences.
Demonstrate products and services using all types of tools (brochures, demonstrations, presentations) and articulate product capabilities and sales differentiators (unique selling points).
Support Skywise Air, the internal Skywise Operations Control Center for customer experience.
Qualification & Professional skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training
University degree in Engineering
3-5 years of marketing experience
Strong technical knowledge of digital tech ops solutions
Previous experience with a major digital tech ops solutions provider and / or major airline is preferred.
Preference to have Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certifications.
Must work effectively with others in a team environment as well as work independently with little supervision, depending on the task at hand.
Capable of understanding and using enterprise software solutions.
Capable of demonstrating high-level of product knowledge internally and to customers.
Understanding of market trends in a fast moving environment.
Have a clear understanding of product evolutions and priorities at all times.
Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses.
Must possess strong analytical / critical thinking skills.
Must possess superior product knowledge as it relates to the defined product suite.
Fluent in English.
Communication skills and effective interpersonal skills appropriate for interacting with customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Competent in the use of the Google Workspace suite of products.
Capable of understanding and learning to use enterprise software solutions such as Salesforce, Qlik Sense, LoopIO, and Cirium.
Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally up to 40%
