- Coordinate flooring installation jobs and help keep projects moving on schedule
- Communicate with installers, customers, stores, and internal team members
- Organize and stage materials for upcoming jobs
- Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, move, and organize materials
- Maintain accurate job notes, scheduling updates, and warehouse organization
- Help resolve day-to-day issues involving materials, job readiness, and install support
- Support overall operations so crews have what they need and customers stay informed
- Prior experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, project coordination, or installation support
- Forklift experience required
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Able to handle both hands-on warehouse work and coordination/admin tasks
- Strong communication and sense of urgency
- Flooring, home improvement, distribution, or supply-house experience is a plus
- Someone who wants a quiet office job with minimal movement
- Someone who is not comfortable working in both the warehouse and on the computer
- Someone who needs constant reminders to stay on top of basic tasks
- Someone who avoids communication, accountability, or problem-solving
- Someone who cannot handle a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
