Shipping Clerk

OVERALL RESPONSABILITIES   ·       All shipments leaving the plant are accompanied by the required documentation. (ie Bill of ladings, packing list, C of A or C of C, pro-forma, MSDS) ·       Shipping processes are monitored and issues identified and addressed to ensure shipments of products meet customer requirements. ·       Inquiries to the shipping office are attended to in a prompt and efficient manner. Work instructions (ISO and SOI) are followed as applicable   QUALIFICATIONS   High School Graduate or equivalent qualification; Experience in a similar distribution environment; Spoken and written English AND French; Previous stand up (High Beam) and sit-down Lift Truck Driving experience will be an asset; Computer and RF knowledge; Knowledge of Health & Safety rules and procedures; Availability to work on various shifts when required.
