Job Description
Job Overview:
This role will support with data processing for interim periods prior to full automation as part of the SAP migration. This would include supporting EDI processing, FSVP transaction entering, and any other appropriate areas as defined by the SAP PMO. This role will focus on supporting data entry as it relates to ERP invoices (Sales and Purchase Invoices) in alignment with Segregation of Duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing of relevant EDI transactions going to and coming from S4/HANA. This would primarily involve supporting customer service, logistics and accounts receivable with keying in EDI Purchase Orders, Advanced Ship Notices and Invoices.
Manual Processing of required FSVP oriented transactions. This would include but is not limited to; Intercompany (I/C) Purchase order creation, I/C receiving, I/C accounts payable, third party shipment processing.
Supporting with processing Coupa transactions not integrated (if applicable).
Supporting with additional data processing in alignment with SOD as required.
The Recipe for Success:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Experience with data entry, administrative work or similar, where experience may include school, volunteer work or personal projects
Demonstrated ability to enter data with high accuracy
Computer Literacy Skills – Ability to navigate across applications, object explorer and internet browser
Experience with repetitive tasks without quality drop-off
Adherence to screen-based workflows
Basic Excel Skills
Proven history of detail-oriented behavior
Experience with using Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Outlook, Team, etc.)
Nice to have: Exposure to SAP or Equivalent ERP
