Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Maintaining the EHS management system for Huang Pu FR plant, support all other functions to compliance EHS requirement by providing training.
  • Implement plant’s EHS activity, including EHS near miss and safety image program, and maintain EHS awareness program to ensure the standard &requirement understanding of the company’s EHS objectives IFF plant and amongst contractors, vendors and other service providers associated with IFF plant.
  • Implement EHS training program to all staff accordingly including provide necessary EHS training, examination and assessment to different positions.
  • Responsible for environment/sustainability and health management including WWTS & waste gas treatment system monitoring and environment and hygiene regular monitoring to reduce the company impact on the environment and occupational health of plant ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
  • Provide EHS technical support and coordination to daily operations, and closely work with staff to ensure operation process complying with IFF EHS policy and regulations.
  • Establish and conduct regular site inspection program to identify potential safety and environment troubles and disobedient behaviors, take corrective actions, and track through to completion.
  • Maintain and improve site emergency management and security system. Liaise with security guard and contractors to introduce company EHS policy and regulations.
  • Support in writing SOPs with regard to EHS contents. Organize Hazard analysis including MOC for introducing new processes and change.
  • Conduct incident investigation and draw the root cause once incident occurred and maintain 24 hours emergency contact.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 2–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environment (Food/Flavor/Chemical preferred)
  • Familiar with local EHS regulations and standards
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 is preferred
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Good English communication ability
