Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and analysis of steel structures for building projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in structural analysis software, particularly ETABS, and be capable of delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural steel systems for commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.

• Develop structural models and perform analysis using ETABS.

• Prepare design calculations, structural drawings, and technical reports.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant Indian and international codes and standards.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Review shop drawings and provide technical support during construction.

• Optimize structural designs for safety, constructability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural design of building projects.

• Strong proficiency in ETABS; knowledge of STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, or Tekla will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of steel connection design, load calculations, and seismic/wind analysis.

• Familiarity with IS Codes and international design standards.
