
Brand Partnerships Manager, High Street Retail - Global Business Solutions - Berlin
Job Description
The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations in the Retail industry. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands. TikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top retail brands in Germany, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a seamless experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Responsibilities
- Strategically guide the client relationship, act as a consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as the primary point of contact with customers' marketing teams.
- Initiate joint business plans to maintain long term growth by understanding clients' business objectives, KPIs and challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go-to market implementation
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising or online advertising experience
- Experience working with High Street Retail brands
- Proven track-record in driving incremental revenue in a fast-paced solution orientated environment
- Deep understanding of digital marketing
- Experience in building trusted relationships with decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders.
- Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
- Fully fluent and written English & German language communication skills are mandatory in order to be able to communicate with local clients
