Job Description
Main Accountability
Provide end-to-end analytical and operational support for the execution, rollout, and scaling of Predict+, ensuring timely delivery, data integrity, and effective coordination across regional and global stakeholders. The role will be critical in enabling the successful expansion of Predict+ and other initiatives of the area, supporting project execution, initiatives, and operational performance through data-driven insights, standardized processes, and efficient use of corporate tools.
This position plays a key role in mitigating execution risks, eliminating bottlenecks, and ensuring the organization can scale Predict+ effectively while maintaining high standards, visibility, and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Support Predict+ Rollout & Scaling
Drive and support the execution of the Predict+ rollout plan, enabling parallel workstreams and ensuring timely delivery across multiple regions and projects. Project Execution Support
Manage and track commercial, administrative, and operational requirements related to Predict+, customer projects, and internal initiatives. Data Analytics & Insights
Develop, analyze, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs (Power BI and other tools) to monitor product performance, project execution, and business impact, enabling data-driven decision-making. Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate closely with Product Experts, Product Specialists, Digital teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and timely execution of deliverables. Systems & Tools Management
Provide support for corporate platforms and tools, including CRM, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and planning systems, ensuring proper usage and data consistency. Data Quality & Governance
Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data before integration into corporate systems, minimizing risks and ensuring reliable reporting. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Facilitate performance monitoring across Predict+ deployments, tracking productivity, adoption, and operational KPIs, and highlighting risks and improvement opportunities. Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement
Standardize, document, and optimize processes, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency in Predict+ execution. Training & Enablement
Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and user support initiatives related to Predict+, tools, and processes for both internal and external stakeholders. Operational Efficiency & Risk Mitigation
Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks in execution, proactively proposing solutions to ensure continuity, scalability, and operational excellence.
