- Oversee and manage the current product listing, opportunities for new business, and new product launches

- At least 3-5 years of current consumer packaged goods account management experience working with Target
- Experience leveraging data into actionable insights
- Current experience with item level forecasting
- Trained in strategic negotiations
- Radical curiosity of retail and the constantly changing marketplace
- Detail-oriented with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ownership mindset
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to proactively and creatively problem solve
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience developing digital advertising strategies on Target.com
