Position Overview: Automotive Sales Consultant

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Huntington Volvo, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This role focuses on relationship-building, product knowledge, and closing sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
  • Present financing and leasing options clearly and confidently
  • Negotiate pricing within dealership guidelines
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
  • Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately
  • Work closely with finance and service teams
  • Ensure showroom vehicles are clean and presentation-ready

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to complete ongoing training

Schedule

  • Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week
  • Monday–Saturday day off during week
