Descripción del puesto In Bogota – Colombia, we are looking for a Trend Hacker with more than 4 years of experience in trend analysis, cultural intelligence, digital strategy, or similar roles within advertising and marketing agencies. The mission of this role is to identify, analyze, and activate emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and relevant conversations across the digital ecosystem, transforming insights into strategic opportunities for brands. This professional will connect culture, data, and innovation to ensure that brand strategies, campaigns, and content remain relevant, authentic, and aligned with audience interests, behaviors, and expectations. Responsabilidades Analyze the potential impact and relevance of trends within brand communication strategies. Generate actionable insights from data, audience behavior, and market trends. Recommend effective ways to integrate trends into campaigns, content, and brand strategies. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and content teams to develop innovative ideas and solutions. Present reports, findings, and recommendations based on trend analysis. Monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented trend-driven initiatives. Leverage social listening and digital analytics tools to identify market opportunities. Ensure cultural relevance and authenticity across brand strategies and content. Keep internal teams informed about significant shifts, movements, and emerging phenomena within the digital landscape.
