Job Description
- Design, build, and mature top-line success metrics and performance tracking frameworks. Identify measurement gaps across complex business operations and engineer new success criteria, interim proxy indicators, or operational benchmarks. Apply necessary statistical analysis methods to help enable measurement needs.
- Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on unexpected metric fluctuations. When performance indicators shift anomalously or fail to meet established goals, conduct quantitative investigations. Expertly disentangle confounding data variables to pinpoint underlying true drivers, coordinate corrective plans with cross-functional teams, and summarize actionable recommendations.
- Deliver high-visibility executive reporting and compelling data narratives. Translate complex statistical modeling and large data work streams into highly accessible strategic presentations for executive leadership. Seamlessly bridge the gap between overarching business strategy and granular, day-to-day operational execution.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain scalable reporting solutions.
