Job Description

• Provide administrative and operational support within:
              o    Data entry, tracking, and reporting as assigned
              o    Procurement processes, including purchase requests and documentation support
              o    Documentation and compliance activities
• Assist with document control activities, including filing, version control, and organization of controlled documents
• Support additional R&D and site-wide activities as needed, based on business requirements
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards

Qualification and Experience

• Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and meeting deadlines
• Positive attitude and ability to handle highly confidential information
• Ability to reflect a positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to rotating responsibilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work indendently and in a team setting
