Supply Engineer

Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.     What You Will Experience In This Position:   Support Supply team with vendor quotes, quote comparison, expediting during execution and SIND item creation for Europe/India/ME Sind Item creation for Europe & India for Drop Shipment in SAP Sind Item creation for Europe for Leuven Delivery in SAP Issuance of PO for Leuven delivery for Europe & India in SAP Dropping GRN for service related items for the of Leuven delivery. Co-ordination with warehouse team for goods receipt of material. Preparing weekly MRP Report and circulate(every Friday) and follow up with requesters for issuance of PO. Preparing monthly Sind report. Handling all requirement of Non inventory items for India & UAE. Work along with the supply team to achieve targets for India/ME region All IHTS Indian Projects of $ 12 M (approx.)  including bidding IHTS ME Projects of $ 9 M (approx.) including bidding All BIS Projects of $ 1 M (approx.) Supporting Korea in Proposals & execution for vendors based I/ME region Third Party Compliances/ Vendor / Service Provider development/ creation Co-ordination with I /BE finance for Invoices / payments / Invoices in ESKER You Have: A bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Supply, vendor handling, purchase order creation. Hands on experience with SAP tool.
