Equipment & Packages Engineering Manager
Job Description
- Responsible for the handling of the work package “Equipment & Packages Engineering”, which includes the Balance of Plant and Water Steam Cycle Part and Components of Flue Gas Treatment
- Preparation of engineering documentation for internal (purchasing, construction site) and external partners (client, consortium partners, subcontractors)
- Takes ownership for the on time, on quality and on budget of the dedicated purchasing lots and engineering deliverables
- Leads an engineering team (Mechanical, Process and Arrangement Engineers) with responsibility for the functionality of the work package scope
- Negotiations with suppliers, monitoring and controlling progress, planning resources and ensuring communication within the team (Zurich and in other countries)
- Achievement of the sub-project objective in terms of time, quality and financial aspects
- Completed mechanical engineering degree (FH/ETH)
- 5+ years’ experience in project management
- Good mechanical & process knowledge and ideally professional experience in industrial plant construction
- Very good MS Office application skills
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and resilience
- Fluency in English, German or other languages are an advantage

Compensation
- Basic wage component (gross): 2 700 EUR/month
- This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
