Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels, including C-Suite level, and serve as a point of contact with the goal of deepening relationships, optimizing advertising resources and increasing the customer’s profitable growth.
- Develop and present to customers, forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with their goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations.
- Form a thorough understanding of customer business and marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and challenges, structure joint business plans (JBPs) for key customer accounts that help them achieve their goals, while transforming their growth curve.
- Build cross-functional relationships with other teams within Google to deliver innovative advertising business solutions.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with the broader industry and to serve as an advocate at industry events and conferences.
