Marketing Executive
Job Description
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns aligned with HEI UAE’s growth objectives.
- Create engaging bilingual (English/Arabic) marketing content for social media, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Capture and produce high-quality photography and video content that reflects the HEI brand and human-centered educational experience.
- Manage and maintain social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies for campaign execution.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
- Organize and support school events, open days, educational workshops, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with parents, media representatives, influencers, and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate PR activities, media outreach, and local partnerships to increase brand visibility.
Sales Support & Lead Management
- Track, manage, and nurture leads from inquiry to registration.
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain accurate CRM/reporting systems.
- Prepare regular reports on inquiries, conversions, campaign performance, and enrollment metrics for line management.
- Support registration initiatives to meet enrollment targets.
Reporting
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain marketing databases, content calendars, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with HEI brand guidelines.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in managing and tracking the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and agencies to secure competitive pricing and maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending across campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Support budget forecasting and expense reporting for marketing initiatives.
- Strengthen HEI UAE’s brand awareness and market positioning.
- Improve social media engagement and community presence.
- Enhance parent/customer experience through timely communication and relationship management.
- Ensure efficient lead tracking and conversion processes.
- Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Support successful event execution and PR opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Communication
Master / MBA is a plus
Experience
- 1 – 3 years in marketing / Communication
- Experience in schools, nurseries, lifestyle, or family-oriented brands is an advantage
Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Technical Skills
- Fluent in English and or Arabic (written and spoken)
- Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Content creation, photography, and basic videography
- Marketing collateral development
- CRM/lead management systems
- Budget tracking and reporting
- Event coordination
- Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace
- Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- Arabic is a plus
