Overview As a Senior HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Enterprise Solutions Division by delivering high-quality, commercially focused HR solutions. This is your opportunity to join a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services, where your passion meets purpose, and your ideas help shape the future. In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor to provide expert advice and support to managers and employees. You’ll manage complex employee relations cases, coach managers to build their people management skills, and ensure HR best practices are embedded across the division. How you'll make an impact Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on policies, legislation, and risk. Managing employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, and sickness. Supporting organisational change initiatives, such as restructuring, office relocations, and closures. Delivering key annual HR processes, including performance management and pay reviews. Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve HR services and processes. About You A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience. A strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and best practices. Experience managing employee relations cases, including conduct, grievance, capability, absence, and organisational change. Excellent communication and coaching skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Oracle. A proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to ethics and integrity. Right to work in the UK.
