Job Description

We’re searching for a senior leader to obtain the Head of Sports CRM role. In this role you will shape and execute the full Sports CRM vision – from segmentation strategy and personalised engagement to retention performance across global markets. This role is perfect for someone who understands the complexity of sports calendars, thrives on real-time decision-making, and knows how to turn fan behaviour into commercial results.

The position is opened in Valencia, Spain (relocation is provided by the company).

Responsibilities:

  • Build a sports-first engagement strategy that reacts to real events, odds shifts, competitions and local market specifics.
  • Drive lifecycle optimisation and player retention for high-volume sports audiences across brands and GEOs.
  • Create advanced segmentation and predictive models tailored to sports behaviour, frequency, risk, and value tiers.
  • Oversee sports promotional architecture – calendars, bonus logic, automated journeys, risk and regulatory constraints.
  • Introduce automation and scalable playbooks so teams can act fast during peak events without sacrificing quality.
  • Coach and expand a strong CRM function – analysts, execution specialists and regional coordinators.
  • Build tight collaboration with Trading, Product, BI, and Marketing to maximise cross-team impact.
  • Own CRM performance KPIs and continuously improve through experimentation and clear reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years in CRM, ideally with significant Sportsbook exposure in .com markets.
  • Strong command of:
    • segmentation and predictive modelling
    • AB/Multivariate testing
    • promotion personalisation
    • performance analytics / KPI ownership
  • Experience leading large and distributed teams (20+), including mentoring and capability building.
  • A proactive, operational mindset – strong ownership, fast execution, and a drive to improve what doesn’t work.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Solid background in process improvement and scalable CRM tooling.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What’s in it for you:

  • Full control over Sports CRM strategy in a multi-brand, international environment.
  • The chance to build global frameworks that influence millions of sports bettors.
  • Competitive package and relocation support to Spain.
  • A culture that rewards initiative, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Clear growth opportunities in a fast-scaling business.
