Job Description

Run a full sales desk, pricing, quoting, negotiating, including prospecting, and working with regional sales managers to assist with closing deals. Entering customer information using Salesforce.com, ENFOR, and other estimating software systems using price configuration information to calculate and draft estimates, generally within 24 hours. Read and review detailed specifications and evaluate the scope of projects. Prepare, process, review, and monitor various documents, such as price quotes, job orders, etc. Ensure back-up documentation for quotes are properly saved and filed. Work closely with channel partners to qualify, understand prospect priorities, and collaborate to determine and recommend the appropriate product selections for projects as necessary. Track record of success in a quota-driven environment. Determine if there are any issues, concerns, or problems within the customer job requests and resolve the issues as they arise. Process customer returns and warranty issues. Interpret requirements and special instructions from the Regional Managers and implementing those instructions in the estimate.
