Lead Youth Care Professional - Los Angeles County

You will provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for our residential youth and promote an atmosphere that is professional and supportive. You will monitor and document their behaviors and actions, participate and assist with educational and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other departments to establish and meet the goals of each youth’s treatment plan. In addition, you will uphold a sense of community by teaching and modeling cooperation, respect, and responsibility in the group living environment specifically for other staff.
