Job Description

About the role 
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Senior Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. This role is responsible for payroll administration, HR policy implementation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall HR efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Review, develop, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with best practices and local labour laws.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations matters.
  • Lead and coordinate HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll and HR operations.
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
