Licensed Clinical Therapist OR Caseworker III This vacant position can either be filled as a Licensed Clinical Therapist or a Caseworker III depending on an applicant's qualifications. *This position is open until filled and may close at any time.* Licensed Clinical Therapist Job Responsibilities: Uses independent judgment and discretion in diagnosing and formulating clinical treatment plans for clients; OR performs a variety of professional tasks related to developing, implementing, and conducting specialized individual and group psychotherapy in a clinical setting. May provide clinical intervention with individuals and families to conduct clinical assessments, and clinical meetings. May document client progress, compile case histories, and prepare other related reports; negotiate, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate service contracts; participate in research, training, and supervisory programs. Employees within this title will work in a correctional environment with an inmate population. Minimum/Required Qualifications for a Licensed Clinical Therapist : Licensure as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Mental Health Counselor required. OR Caseworker III Job Responsibilities: Evaluates the needs of clients, develops and implements treatment plans to assist individuals and/or families with problems such as poor personal and family adjustment and/or anti-social behavior. Employees within this title will work in a correctional environment with an inmate population. Minimum/Required Qualifications for a Caseworker III Must be an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Certified Social Worker Preferred Qualifications for a Caseworker III: An Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Certified Social Worker Previous experience with the community or assigned client base.
