Your tasks
- Lead high-complexity business needs assessments across departments, teams and locations, translating them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and document application services from project initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Collaborates closely with the Products Owner, Integrated Workflow Engineer, and Data Scientist to translate operational requirements into user stories and detailed use cases and assess impact against value proposition.
- Identify and propose enhancements to existing digital applications and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to tackle complex business requests, including custom reports / queries and process adaptations.
- Champion continuous improvement of business processes and digital services at the department and service line level.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and digital maturity.
- Manage requirements prioritization and support stakeholders in refining their needs.
Your profile
- Education: University degree in engineering
- Relevant professional experience: >7 years
- Strong experience in heavy industry operations and business processes\Familiarity with compliance, safety, and internal regulations
- Exposure to digital tools such as Power BI, GIS platforms, BPM and simulation software
- Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements
- Proficient in process modeling, use case design, and optimization frameworks (e.g. SWOT, user stories, MoSCoW method, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Capable of leading workshops and cross-functional alignments
- Good communication skills in English
