Your tasks

  • Applies department-defined data governance, quality, and consistency standards;
  • Participates in validation, reconciliation, and data quality control activities for P&C data sources;
  • Develops, maintains, and optimizes P&C reports and dashboards, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the KPIs;
  • Performs descriptive and diagnostic analyses on complex datasets in order to support operational decisions;
  • Addresses complex but well-defined analytical problems using standard methodologies and tools;
  • Proposes improvements to existing reports and analytical processes based on the analyses performed;
  • Collaborates with P&CBPs, People Services, and other stakeholders to clarify reporting and analytics requirements;
  • Provides analytical support and explanations regarding KPIs and results of the analyses;
  • Ensures documentation of KPI definitions, calculation rules, and reporting logics;
  • Comply with internal policies, procedures, and standards related to data and reporting.

Your profile

  • Master Diploma: IT, Economic, Resurse Umane;
  • Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
  • Relevant expertise in data analytics, reporting, modelling, and visualisation (advanced Excel, Power BI, analytical tools);
  • Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and analytical methodologies applied in complex P&C processes;
  • Relevant experience with HR systems and group-level database management;
  • Ability to analyse and interpret standardised processes with high accuracy;
  • Analytical skills: interpreting complex data, identifying patterns, generating actionable insights;
  • Ability to formulate clear, valid, and practical recommendations, including in contexts with a certain degree of ambiguity;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including in English.
