Position: Seasonal Reception
Resort Name: Wasaga CountryLife Cottage and RV Resort
Resort Address: 75 Theme Park Drive, Wasaga Beach, ON, L9Z 1X7
Hourly Rate: $18.50/hour
Job Duration: April 1 to November 15, 2026
Schedule: Shifts are 9am-5pm or 12pm to 8pm

Job requirements:
Greet and check-in/ process payments for our guests.
Process reservations over the phone, online and in person.
Create emails, letters, newsletters, posters and other documents, as required.
Detailed oriented and takes pride in ability to produce quality documents quickly and to company standards using templates.
Handling all outgoing and incoming telephone calls and emails.
High level of sound and independent judgement, reasoning and discretion.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.
Conduct daily site inspections and investigate discrepancies.
Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation is essential.
Weekend work required and must be flexible to work various day and evening shifts and potentially work full time hours depending on business requirements.
Education and/or Experience:
1-2 years related customer service experience.
Prior knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry or campgrounds is an asset.
