  • Job Title: DM/AM- Sales 

    Location:            Hyderabad            

    Experience :      7-8 Yearsexperience for project sales/ RMCs (not retail)           

    Industry:       Construction Chemicals/Cement/RMC industries   

     

    Job Responsibility 

    • Drive identified Initiatives in the assigned area to achieve the overall sales targets for the Zone. 

    • Identify& effectively implement Major and Key initiatives in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation. 

    • Responsible for Money collection of sales done. 

    • Building customer relations, and sustainable development for new customer development. 

    • Follow up with backend team for order processing & delivery. 

    Competencies  

    • Experience and customer base for the mentioned cluster/zone. 

    • Good Communication skill in English/Hindi/Local language. 

    • Typical Sales experience for project selling and key customers handling.  

    Special Working Conditions:-  Traveling to the project sites in nominated area. 

    Main interactions of the role:-  Project mapping and new customer development, sales focus as per budget allocated. 

    Education Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma- Civil Engg. Or BSc.
