What will you do?
Develop and execute category strategy to drive growth, market share, and profitability
Lead supplier negotiations and build strong, long-term partnerships
Manage assortment, pricing, and promotions within the gastro category
Drive product innovation, including new launches and private label development
Analyze category performance and implement improvement actions
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
Identify new opportunities and continuously improve category results
What do we expect?
Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset with strong customer focus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical thinking and ability to drive results through data
Proven track record in Gastro or Grocery/Non-Food business, including driving sales growth through Category Management and project delivery
Minimum 3 years of experience in category or offer management within a multinational retail or supplier environment (experience in cross-country cooperation is a plus)
Fluent business English
Good knowledge of MS Office
Driving license (Category B)

Salary: from 2300 EUR brutto/month. The amount of the wage is the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic component of the wage. The final base salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
