Project Manager Infor LN

Key Responsibilities Lead the entire Infor LN implementation project, from initiation to post-go-live support. Develop and manage project plans, including scope, risks, timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate internal teams such as support (Finance, IT, BEX, PMO, ...), business (CoCs/Product Lines/Trade), and external implementation partners. Organize and facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and process analyses. Translate business processes into functional Infor LN solutions. Monitor the quality of configuration, data migration, interfaces, and test results. Plan and oversee (local) training, change management, and user communication. Report to the steering committee and management on progress, risks, and decision points. Proactively drive standardization and integration of (blueprint) applications with Infor LN. Ensure a controlled go-live and proper handover to the support organization (process owners, business, and IT).
