Job Description
Marketing Strategy & Business Planning
- Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and consumer insights analysis to formulate long-term and annual marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Develop holistic annual marketing plans aligning with business go-to-market (GTM) strategies, clarify market positioning, target audience, core MKT objectives, and resource allocation for product lines.
- Provide strategic marketing recommendations to support business decision-making and drive revenue and market share growth.
Product Launch End to End planning and execution
- Lead end-to-end strategic marketing planning and execution for new product launches, covering positioning, messaging, timeline, channel integration, and resource coordination.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing teams to align cross-functional strategies and ensure launch success.
- Establish data evaluation systems to monitor launch performance and optimize strategies dynamically.
Brand Strategy & Integrated Communications
- Implement brand strategy and communication planning to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and user preference, per alignment with Brand & MKT center.
- Unify brand tone, storytelling, and visual identity across all consumer and trade touchpoints.
- Manage agency resources and oversee creative, content, and campaign delivery to support brand strategy.
Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Strategy
- Design and implement full-channel digital marketing strategies (owned, paid, earned) to expand reach and user engagement.
- Formulate growth strategies, including product content, campaign activation, and conversion optimization.
- Build performance tracking and optimization mechanisms to improve marketing ROI continuously.
Marketing Capability & Operational System Building
- Develop standardized marketing toolkits: product positioning, core messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement materials, and training systems.
- Establish and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with brand guidelines and strategic direction.
Omnichannel & Retail Experience Strategy
- Develop omnichannel marketing activation strategies that integrate online and offline consumer journeys.
- Lead Optimize in-store experience design and retail execution standards to deliver consistent brand experience.
- Collaborate with sales and retail teams to translate product value into immersive consumer experiences at touchpoints.
