                                       Compounding Market Developer (K/M)

Your duties will include:

• Identifying and developing OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Identifying new applications and business opportunities for sustainable compounds
• Coordination of development projects from R&D to SOP (start of production)
• Representing MOL with clients and at industry events

Requirements:

• University degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, plastics engineering or a related field
• At least 7-8 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Extensive experience in market and customer relations (not focused on research and development)
• Experience in project tracking and specification development
• Confident use of MS Office
• English: fluent (required for daily work and negotiations)
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage but not required
• Category B driving license required
• Regular travel required
