Project Manager – Industrial Robotics (Operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program governance by establishing structured reviews, clear RACI, and effective decision/action tracking.
• Drive financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and early risk escalation to leadership.
• Maintain and manage the integrated program plan, including milestones, ownership, and critical path activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across engineering, suppliers, IT, and operations.
• Coordinate and align internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Develop and tailor communication for multiple stakeholders including field teams, leadership, finance, and suppliers.
• Track supplier deliverables and ensure alignment with contractual and program requirements.
• Support successful deployment and adoption of autonomous inspection robotic solutions at operational sites.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or PMO in complex industrial, digital, or transformation programs.
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
• Good understanding of governance frameworks, planning methodologies, and risk management practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from shopfloor to executive level.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to technical domains such as robotics, automation, or data/IT systems (without direct engineering ownership).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and modern collaboration tools.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and convert high-level goals into structured plans and execution roadmaps.

• Location: Singapore (flexible hybrid working with travel as required)
