Primary Responsibilities
- Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic)
- Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees
- Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
- Provides Management Consultations
- Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response
- Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
- Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
- Current Independent State License to Practice
- Must Be Available to Work 5 hours Biweekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Scheduled Shift Times Rotating to Support all Four Operational Shifts Over a Two Month Period
- Current Malpractice Insurance
- Fundamental Understanding of MS Office
- Experience in Work-Related Issues
- EAP Experience Preferred
- Experience in trauma
- CEAP a Plus
