Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Marketing on Demand Gen Strategy Across New Growth, Client Expansion, and Lifecycle; Own Execution Across All Channels
- Build and Manage Multi-Touch Campaigns that Generate, Nurture, and Convert Qualified Leads Across Direct and Indirect Sales Motions
- Execute and Manage ABM Programs in Coordination with RevOps, Including Target Account List Development, Account Planning and Pipeline Contribution
- Support Brand Awareness and Demand Generation Across Client and Consultant Audiences in Partnership with Brand and RevOps
- Manage Digital Event Support Including Invitations, Pre and Post-Event Follow-Up Sequences, and Surveys
- Own All Digital Channels: Paid Social, Digital Advertising, Organic Social, Email, and Web
- Own the Website Top to Bottom: Performance, Content, Conversion Optimization, and Campaign Alignment
- Build and Lead Paid Media Strategy Including Execution Frameworks, Testing Rigor, and Performance Accountability
- Deploy Organic Social in Coordination with Brand and Content Team
- Oversee Email Execution Including Segmentation, Deployment, and Optimization Via HubSpot and Zoho
- Partner with Brand to Evolve Search Strategy from SEO Toward AEO and GEO
- Design and Run A/B and Multivariate Experiments Across Digital Channels; Translate Results into Clear Recommendations
- Drive Funnel Conversion Optimization from Ad Creative and Landing Pages Through to Lead Quality and Pipeline
- Own Demand Gen and Digital Marketing Reporting; Build Dashboards that Give Leadership Clear Visibility into Pipeline, Channel Performance, and Funnel Health
- Define and Track KPIs Across the Full Funnel for Both New Growth and Lifecycle Performance
- Establish the Marketing Rhythm of Business in Partnership with RevOps and VP of Marketing: Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Cadences Tied to Growth Goals
- 5 to 7 Years in Demand Gen or Digital Marketing in a B2B Environment, Ideally at a Growth-Stage Company
- Hands-On with HubSpot; Zoho and ZoomInfo Experience a Strong Plus
- Track Record Building and Running Paid Media Programs with Measurable Pipeline Impact
- Experience with ABM Strategy and Execution
- Strong Analytical Mindset; Able to Build Reporting Infrastructure and Translate Data into Decisions
- Comfortable Owning the Website as a Marketing Asset
- Curious About AEO/GEO and the Direction Search is Heading
- Player/Coach Orientation; Sets Direction and Does the Work
- Effective Collaborator; Moves Fast and Communicates Clearly
