Sr National Account Manager - Walmart
Location: Remote US (Preferably based near Bentonville, AR)
Base Salary Rate: $156,596 – 184,230 per year

About This Role
The Sr National Account Manager is focused on developing and executing channel growth strategies, go to market strategies, and promotional and business planning to generate customer loyalty and grow sales and margin in-stores and online with Walmart.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales and channel strategy for Walmart, focusing on share growth and profitability
Partner with Kidde Trade Marketing team for alignment on business GTM strategy with a focus on year over year sales and profitability growth across all categories and customers
Work closely with Demand-Supply Planning teams, lead timely input for S&OP process for the right balance between on time delivery and Kidde inventory turnover goals
Actively participate in strategic planning, process improvement, and problem resolution across functions
Build alignment amongst promotional activities across various retail customers and commercial channels; maintain a promotional calendar to be used in strategy alignment
Identify and support new or existing opportunities via merchandising and trade programs for further growth, track progress of return on trade marketing spending
Periodically review category sales across channels to ensure the right mix and balance between channels and customers
Support Kidde strategic retail sales team in tracking and reporting of the growth initiatives as part of financial periodic forecasting
Drive periodic generation and executive reporting of business insights based on channel POS data and market trends
Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing teams to support product positioning efforts with customer specific requirements
Basic Qualifications
Associate’s degree
3+ years of CPG retail sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree
3+ years managing Walmart business
2+ years of people managing experience
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Walmart's system
Experience with electrical products a plus
Must possess excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, along with the skill set to present product solutions to customer base
Ability to work with an established sales channel to meet quota and can document & execute sales strategies for the assigned account
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be able to work in a Team & Competitive environment
