About the team and the role

We are looking for a B2C Seller Success Manager to help grow and strengthen eBay's B2C business in Italy. In this role, you will support programs that enable professional seller growth, improve marketplace performance, and enhance eBay's value proposition for sellers. Working across local and regional teams, you will bring market insights into execution and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver commercial initiatives that support business growth.
What you will accomplish
Support the execution of eBay's B2C commercial strategy in Italy, contributing to seller growth and marketplace performance.
Design, launch, and improve commercial programs that increase seller engagement and support business objectives.
Identify commercial opportunities across priority categories, seller segments, and partner channels to expand growth.
Build and maintain effective relationships with sellers, service providers, agencies, ecosystem partners, and internal collaborators.
Collaborate with Seller Success, Category, Marketing, Operations, Product, Risk, and Trust teams to deliver local initiatives and go-to-market activities.
Monitor program performance, analyze business metrics, and translate market insights into scalable improvements that address seller needs.
Support the development of localized commercial materials, enablement content, events, webinars, and partner initiatives that improve eBay's presence within the Italian B2C ecosystem.
What you will bring
5–8 years of experience in commercial programs, business development, partnerships, category management, account management, consulting, sales, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in ecommerce, marketplaces, and supporting B2C seller growth.
Experience leading multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and partner leadership skills.
Analytical approach with the ability to use data to measure performance and support decision-making.
Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.

Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
53,600 EUR - 73,900 EURBase pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a range of insurance coverage (including medical) and/or other benefits (including retirement plan eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, wellbeing and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided upon an offer of employment.
