Director, Legal Counsel - Contracts

The Legal team supports the company’s growth by providing strategic, business-oriented guidance that enables teams to move quickly while appropriately managing risk. We work closely with partners across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and others to navigate complex legal and commercial considerations, support US-led revenue initiatives and develop scalable solutions that align with the company’s long-term domestic and international objectives. We are seeking a Head of Contracts (Director, Legal Counsel) to oversee Indeed’s commercial contracting function, who will be responsible for strategy and business evolution.
