What We Offer

Major Tasks:
1. Responsible for efficiency and quality indicators, manage and communicate all information. And exchange professional knowledge/solutions on the internal platform. 
2. Use appropriate statistical methods and RCA to analyze efficiency and quality data, identify the problem and Improvement opportunities, lead the solution action.   
3. Act as production gatekeeper for NPI(New Production Introduction) initiatives, ensure consistent safety, efficiency and quality of trial and mass production.
4. Implement capital and small projects. 
5. SAP key user of Production Execution, be the first contact that resolve incident issues raised by end users.
6. Training and coaching production staff to improve their knowledge level of efficiency and quality.
7. Optimize process parameters, adjust and test the DCS system.
8. Manage and purchase production consumables.

主要職責 :

1. 負責效率跟品質指標，管理跟溝通所有資訊。並且在內部平台交流專業知識/解決方案。
2. 使用合適的統計方法及RCA來分析效率及品質數據，識別問題及改善機會，並主導解決方案。
3. 擔任NPI（新產品引進）的製造部把關者，確保試車和量產的安全性、效率和質量始終如一。
4. 執行資本項目和改進項目。
5. 作為SAP PE用戶的key user，並且作為第一窗口來解決用戶提出的事件問題。
6. 培訓及輔導生產員工, 以提高員工效率和質量的知識水平。
7. 優化製程參數，調整與測試DCS。
8. 管理及購買生產消耗品。

What You Offer

Qualifications:

• Above university. Chemical engineer major preferred.
• Process control, statistical methods, problem solved skills and basic chemistry knowledge.
• Related lean skills, GB qualification is preferred.
Experiences:
• At least 2 years of chemical industry operation experiences, chemical engineering unit operation experiences preferred.

Additional requirements and personal characteristics：
• Able to solve problems under pressure and in a timely manner.
• Honest, integrity, creative and open mind is crucial to this position.

資格條件:

• 大學以上學歷，化學工程相關科系尤佳。

• 具備製程控制、統計方法、問題解決技能及基礎化學知識。

• 具備精實相關技能，持有綠帶（GB）資格者尤佳。

工作經驗： 至少 2 年化學工業操作經驗，具備化學工程相關操作經驗者優先。
