Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
Related Work Experience
Required
- 7+ years of experience supporting automation in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or major automation projects.
- Experience with industrial automation systems including PLCs, robotics, HMI systems, vision systems, and industrial networks.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Experience managing multi-site automation support teams.
- Experience launching new production equipment and manufacturing systems.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, OT systems, industrial networking, and manufacturing data systems.
- Experience supporting highly automated production environments.
