Job Responsibilities:

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.

Related Work Experience

Required

7+ years of experience supporting automation in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or major automation projects.
Experience with industrial automation systems including PLCs, robotics, HMI systems, vision systems, and industrial networks.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Automotive manufacturing experience.
Experience managing multi-site automation support teams.
Experience launching new production equipment and manufacturing systems.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0, OT systems, industrial networking, and manufacturing data systems.
Experience supporting highly automated production environments.
