Job Description
- Drive decision-making and thought-leadership with Sales, enabling business/performance growth through systematic interventions, and also ensure the client portfolio sustains effective business growth.
- Serve as the go-to-person and subject matter expert in your region and business model, elevate multi-quarter projects by pitching/suggesting new proposals and lead project planning, project groups and execution.
- Support the Management team in Culture for the Customer Support Agent (CSA) team, providing Coaching or Mentorship to the wider team, and act as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders in driving critical Business Discipline activities like Workflow, Pipeline, Vendor Utilization, Product activation, and People Pillars.
- Develop advanced frameworks and customer solutions (Marketing Objective (MO)-based solutions grounded in High Quality Leads (HQL)/High Value Sales (HVS) and help activate these with the right customers for long-term trust and value; look at opportunities to scale these across businesses and markets.
