We are currently hiring a HR Systems & Projects Manager based out of either our Sydney or Brisbane offices.
This will be on a 12-month FTC, covering maternity leave (ideally starting July 2026).
Reporting to the GM of People & Culture, this role will see you own of our HCM system (Dayforce) and drive smarter, more efficient people systems, reporting, and processes across the business.
This role requires hands-on Dayforce experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own and improve Dayforce, including system updates, configuration, testing (UAT) and rollouts
Turn business needs into practical system and process improvements
Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting with clear workforce insights
Maintain data quality and governance, and train users to get the most out of the system
Work with Payroll, IT and P&C teams to improve end-to-end people processes
Support key HR projects, reporting (WGEA, board etc.) and identify automation/AI opportunities
About You
Strong hands-on Dayforce experience (essential)
Experience managing and improving HR systems, reporting and data
Comfortable with system upgrades, testing (UAT) and change management
Good understanding of HR processes, payroll and time & attendance
Strong attention to detail with the ability to turn data into useful insights
Organised, adaptable and confident working across multiple priorities and stakeholders
