Business Svcs Rep II, Collector

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Collection’s Supervisor, the Collector exercises primary responsibility for maintenance and liquidation of the Hospital’s accounts receivables.

Licensure and Certification:

• N/A

Education:

• Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent.

Experience:

• Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in a hospital, medical and/or related field
• Computer experience required

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge and ability to utilize a Computer
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, to be a self-starter, and demonstrate a pleasant voice and good public relations while performing duties.
• HMO/PPO knowledge required.
