Quality Development Engineer质量开发工程师

1.Give APQP quotation according to RFQ, preparing related quality planning documents. 依据RFQ 提供APQP 报价，准备相关的质量策划文件。 2.Resource planning and alignment within Q-team, Quality interface towards customer before SOP. 规划和协调质量团队内部的资源， 量产前面向客户的窗口 3.Ensure product and process are strictly compliance during Product Engineering Process and support process improvement activities in company. 确保产品和流程严格符合海拉的PEP 流程, 支持公司层级的流程优化和改善. 4.Make plans and get the customer approval of the DV and PV testing, follow up the testing till its approval (concerning MD and HW). Prepare DV and PV report to customers. 制定DV 和PV 测试计划(针对机械和硬件)并得到顾客认可，跟进测试直至达到既定标准。提交DV 和PV 测试报告给客户。 5.Identification of critical quality risks issues and support in problem solving. Escalation to Management in time if the problem cannot be solved in time. 识别关键质量风险和问题并支持问题解决。 在问题不能及时解决的时候及时升级给管理层 6.Coordinate and submit PPAP (or PSW, ISIR) to the customer for approval, carry out device release on the basis quality plans and proofs (test reports). 协调并提交PPAP 文件给客户并取得认可，基于质量目标和证据实行产品释放。 7.Support QD-SW to prepare status reports for software development and submit to the management levels; Identify and escalate relevant software quality problems that cannot be solved by the project team. 支持软件质量人员准备软件开发的项目状态报告并把开发状态定期发布给管理层; 识别并升级项目组层级解决不了的软件质量问题。 8.Support software quality related topics as an interface to customers and suppliers (e.g.SW joint review, SW PPAP). 支持与客户/供应商交涉中和软件质量相关的话题（例如软件联合评审，软件工程认可）。 9.Prepare and support customer assessments, project reviews and project audits. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions for Non-compliance. 准备并支持客户审核、项目评审及审核，监控不符合项改善方案的执行。
