We are seeking a Operations Team Lead to oversee daily eCommerce fulfillment activities, ensuring smooth workflows and strong team coordination. This role follows a Tuesday–Saturday overnight schedule from 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM.
How you create impact
- Support daily digital operations with flexibility, including assisting other areas and working extended hours as needed
- Ensure compliance with QSHE, safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (KNPS)
- Communicate goals, plan workloads, and delegate tasks to meet deadlines and drive team performanceMonitor and report on KPIs, including updating SQCDEP files, productivity tracking, overtime, and end-of-day reports
- Manage administrative and operational tasks, including completing and submitting Time Correction Sheets and handling email/customer inquiries
- Assist the Lead/Supervisor with exception management while troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis
- Track and trace key equipment and manage IT issues to maintain operational continuity
- Train team members and promote a clean, organized, and high-performing work environment
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in a warehouse environment required, with knowledge of warehouse processes and operations
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital/eCommerce workflows (AS400 experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entryAbility to prioritize, multitask, and stay highly organized in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and customer service

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience,skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
