Why This Role
This is an opportunity to begin your consulting career as part of the dss+ Internship Program, working on high-impact projects across safety, operations, and sustainability.
You will be fully integrated into project teams from day one, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to real client challenges and building a strong foundation in consulting.
Your Impact at dss+
You will support high-impact client engagements, working alongside experienced consulting teams to analyse operational challenges and contribute to practical, data-driven solutions.
Through the internship, you will develop core consulting skills while gaining exposure to complex industrial environments and transformation programmes.
Key Accountabilities
Support consulting teams in the delivery of client engagements and project workstreams
Participate in the development and execution of consulting projects, from diagnostics to solution implementation
Analyse operational processes, performance data, and improvement opportunities
Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and client deliverables
Support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities with clients
Collaborate closely with teams and leadership to deliver impactful outcomes
Build knowledge of consulting methodologies, client environments, and industry challenges

Who You Are
You bring strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders, solving complex problems, and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (3rd year or equivalent)
Interest in consulting, operational improvement, safety, or sustainability
Exposure to analytical or problem-solving activities in academic or project settings
Capabilities
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and multicultural teams
Interest in industrial processes, planning, and performance improvement
Education & Languages
Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field (in progress)
Advanced English required
Mobility
Availability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to client needs
