AI Operator

This is a hands-on transformation role focused on redesigning how teams work by embedding AI directly into real operational workflows. You will work across multiple business functions, diagnosing how work is currently executed, identifying inefficiencies, and rebuilding processes with AI at the centre. Rather than advising from the sidelines, you will operate inside teams, implement practical AI-driven solutions, and ensure they are fully adopted in day-to-day execution. The role combines workflow design, automation building, and change management, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact such as time savings, quality improvement, and cycle-time reduction. You will work in short, focused engagements across different teams, continuously moving from discovery to implementation to adoption. This position is ideal for a highly proactive operator who is fluent in modern AI tools and thrives on turning messy real-world processes into scalable, intelligent systems.
