Job Description
- Drive the design and implementation of Scalable and AI-first solutions, such as agentic promotions debugging and operations, P3 on-boarding experience, promotions life-cycle management.
- Lead cross-functional (xfn) alignment and collaboration with Games, Monetization (M10n), and Apps teams in Bengaluru to ensure a cohesive product and platform strategy.
- Mentor and coach engineers on the team, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and other Engineering leaders to define the product roadmap and drive business outcomes.
