Part-Time Leasing Professional – Ivy & Elm - $15/hour - Summertime hours are required

We’re hiring a Part-Time Leasing Professional at Ivy & Elm — someone who can step in, create a strong experience, and make the most of every interaction.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Greeting prospective residents and creating a welcoming first impression
- Leading tours that feel natural and engaging — not scripted
- Building rapport quickly and understanding what each prospect is looking for
- Following up in a timely and professional way
- Supporting the leasing team with day-to-day office activity
- Maintaining knowledge of the community, pricing, and availability
- Contributing to a positive experience for residents and prospects
