What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Crew Leader in Training, you are the face of our outdoor services. Our Landscapers take pride in their craft to ensure every client site looks pristine. As a Groundskeeper in our leadership track, your daily tasks will include: Leading and operating equipment for grass cutting, weedeating, and edging. Enhancing landscapes through mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs. Collaborating with your team to complete daily routes efficiently. Learning the "Budd Group Way" of site management to prepare for full crew leadership. What You Bring To The Team Experience: 1-3 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively and work outdoors. Reliability: A consistent 7:00 AM start time is vital for our crew’s success.
